Marylebone Lobby

Set within a well-proportioned residential building close to Regent’s Park, the lobby had the bones of an elegant arrival space but needed a more polished and enduring finish.

The scheme brings a quieter sense of luxury to the space, balancing architectural detail with soft upholstery, dark accents, natural stone, and warm layers of light. The intervention was intentionally precise: enough to change the feeling of arrival, without unnecessary disruption or visual excess.

Approach

• Architectural envelope — Panel detailing gives the perimeter greater rhythm, proportion, and visual order, allowing the lobby to feel more resolved and intentional.
• Furniture & layout — Curved, tactile seating softens the room’s geometry while maintaining clear circulation and a comfortable waiting position.
• Lighting strategy — A layered decorative scheme gives the space warmth and identity, with a central pendant, wall lights, and subtle ceiling detail working together to lift the overall atmosphere.
• Fast delivery — A tightly controlled scope, clear specification, and straightforward sequencing supported a three-week programme from sign-off to completion.
