Before Contacting Support
- Restart the app.
- Ensure iCloud is enabled.
- Update to latest version.
Common Issues
- iCloud not syncing: Check that iCloud is enabled for Curiosity Tracker and that your device is online.
- Share extension not working: Confirm Curiosity Tracker is enabled in the iOS share sheet, then open the main app after sharing.
- PDFs not opening: Try reopening the curiosity. Large PDFs may take longer to become available across devices.
- Notifications not appearing: Check notification permission in iOS Settings. Reminders are local only.
Deleting Data
You can delete curiosities inside the app. If iCloud sync is enabled, deletions will sync across your devices. Deleting the app may not immediately remove data stored in iCloud. You can manage iCloud storage through your device settings.
