Before you contact us
A short list of things that resolve most issues:
Restart the app
Quit ProcureCore fully and reopen it. On Mac, use ⌘Q. On iPhone, swipe up to close it from the app switcher.
Restart your device
Restarting the device resolves a surprising number of sync and rendering issues.
iCloud sync feels slow or items are missing on the other device
ProcureCore syncs through Apple's iCloud and CloudKit. If a change you made on one device hasn't appeared on another:
- Confirm both devices are signed in to the same iCloud account, in System Settings → Apple ID → iCloud on Mac, or Settings → Apple ID → iCloud on iPhone.
- Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled on both devices.
- Confirm ProcureCore is allowed to use iCloud on each device, in the iCloud settings list.
- Make sure both devices have an active internet connection. CloudKit changes sync in the background and can be delayed on metered or restricted networks.
- Give it a few minutes. iCloud sync is best-effort and can take time, especially after large changes or when a device first comes online.
- If the issue persists, restart both devices.
A product import returned the wrong information
ProcureCore reads the supplier page directly from your device. Some supplier sites use multiple variants, "customers also bought" sections, or aggressive caching, which can occasionally cause the wrong price or detail to be picked up. If that happens:
- Open the imported product in ProcureCore.
- Edit the field that's wrong (price, image, description, etc.) by hand.
- Save the product. Placements that reference it will reconcile to the corrected value.
If a supplier site repeatedly fails to import, please email us with the URL so we can have a look.
Data appears to be missing
Items deleted in ProcureCore go to Recently Deleted inside the app and can be restored from there. If the item is not in Recently Deleted, check the other device — the change may not have synced yet.
Reinstalling the app
Removing and reinstalling ProcureCore on a single device will not delete content stored in your private iCloud database. Once you reinstall and sign in to the same iCloud account, your projects, styles, areas, suppliers, products, and placements will sync back down. Removing data through your device's iCloud settings will affect all devices that sync with that account.
Privacy
See the ProcureCore privacy policy for how the app handles data.
